  • Absolutely! We’ll conduct local research, develop media lists, identify media opportunities, and manage media buys—from broadcast segments to social/influencer partnerships and advertorials.

    Our collective team can also help media train local spokespeople, ensuring they’re prepared to engage with media confidently and effectively.

  • While we don’t handle areas like marketing strategy or business development directly, we’re always happy to connect clients with trusted partners in our network. In the past, we’ve referred top-notch professionals who specialize in business coaching, digital marketing, legal, and more—ensuring our clients get the support they need from experts in those fields.

  • We like to keep things simple and transparent when we collaborate. We use Google Drive to organize client folders and documents, so everything’s easy to access. Depending on the project, we also use tools like Monday, Asana, Trello, and Pinterest to help keep track of tasks and milestones.

    We keep project trackers updated in real-time, so you can check in and see how things are progressing whenever you want!

  • Not all of our clients are on a retainer, but for those who are, projects typically range from $5k to $10k per month—depending on the details. To staff longer-term partnerships on a retainer basis, we require a minimum 3-month commitment. It takes time to lay a foundation and see meaningful results!

    Our one-time project pricing varies by scope. As each is unique, we’re happy to chat with you about your specific goals and figure out what will work best for your business.
